The MEEMS Version 2.0 by LEEMS Industries LLC
The MEEMS is a spring activated expression pedal. Bending the spring controls how much voltage goes through the expression input of your favorite pedal using a standard TRS( aka Stereo) cable. Version 2.0 of the MEEMS Spring Expression Pedal has 12 modes split into two banks of 6. Version 2.0 also introduces a second momentary switch for cycling through the modes and also tap tempo. The MEEMS is powered by a standard 9 volt center negative power supply. Version 2.0 also introduces a multi colored LED indicator for constant feedback about what expression value is being sent at all times as well as color codes for each mode.
Description of modes:
Bank 1 contains 6 modes that are advanced by pressing the momentary footswitch on the right. Bank 2 contains 6 modes that are advanced by flexing the spring. The speed of all of the modes in Bank 2 is controlled by tapping the momentary footswitch on the right. To enter Bank 2, power on the MEEMS with the momentary footswitch on the right pressed down.

Frequently Asked Questions:
-Does it work with my pedal?
The MEEMS uses the most common wiring and resistance (10k Ohm) for expression pedals. Send us a message before buying to let us know what pedal(s) you intend on using the MEEMS with. We can check for compatibility
- Is there electricity going though the spring?
No electricity goes though the spring. Instead there is a fully insulated sensor within the spring that measures the bend angle.
- Does the MEEMS work with a 9 volt battery?
No. To fit an additional footswitch and not increase the size of the pedal when moving to version 2.0., The battery connector has been left out.
